We’re very pleased to announce our final gig details for Harmonic. We’ve been holding open applications for the duo slots at the CBSO Centre on Saturday 13th March. They’ll be playing in the foyer area between slots in the main hall, and they are:

6pm: Dan Nicholls (Rhodes) and Steve Tromans (Rhodes)

7.30pm: Holly Thomas (vocals) and Tobie Carpenter (guitar)

9pm: Nick Rundle (sax) & Tym Jozwiak (drums)

Thanks to everyone who applied. You’ll be able to see these bands play free of charge in the foyer, so make sure you get down there.

As well as playing music from their forthcoming new album they will be joined by Birmingham based musicians Percy Pursglove on trumpet and Steve Tromans on Rhodes to play specially commissioned arrangements of Claudia’s music. John Hollenbeck, drummer and band leader of Claudia, has arranged some of his music for this one-off collaboration. This event is supported by Birmingham Jazz
